This intimate gathering is crafted to help you find deep relaxation, inner reflection, and emotional grounding as you prepare for the birth of your baby.
In our time together, we’ll immerse ourselves in soothing meditation and light, comfortable movement, while also supporting you in digging deep, gaining clarity, and setting powerful intentions for your birth experience.
