Come join me for Pregnancy Relaxation, a calm, welcoming space where you can harmonise with your mind, body, and baby through gentle movement, mindful meditation, and connecting with other mothers.
This intimate gathering is crafted to help you find deep relaxation, inner reflection, and emotional grounding as you prepare for the birth of your baby.
In our time together, we’ll immerse ourselves in soothing meditation, light, comfortable movement, whilst also learning tools and techniques that can help to support you during labour.
Here’s what you will experience:
• Guided Meditation: Relaxing, calming meditations to help you release stress and deepen your connection with your mind, body, baby, and prepare your mindset for birth.
• Light Movement: Simple, gentle movements to support your body, reduce tension, and any unwanted stress.
• Learn Tools: Practise tools you can actively use during labour, including breathing exercises, vocalisation techniques, and movement strategies to manage sensations, release tension, and calm the nervous system.
• Mindful Reflection & Connection: A quiet, nurturing space to sit, reflect, and set intentions for your birth, while also talking and sharing experiences with other women in pregnancy.
• Sharing & Support: A warm, supportive environment to connect with other mothers, exchange stories, and feel seen and supported on your journey.
Whether you’re early in your pregnancy or getting closer to meeting your baby, this circle will help you learn, practice, and feel confident in the techniques that can support you during labour, while providing a space to reflect, share, and connect with other mothers.
